qaTT uses Jira Service Management to track, prioritize, and resolve all customer support requests — ensuring full visibility and accountability on every issue.

Severity Levels

Level Description :

🔴 Critical - System down, major incident impacting operations

🟠 High - Significant impact, no workaround available

🟡 Medium - Partial impact, workaround available

🟢 Low - Minor issue, general inquiry

Response Targets

Critical issues receive priority handling. All business and technical support requests are reviewed according to severity level and customer impact.
