NovaOps is now available in the IBM Cloud catalog

Cloud operations teams are drowning in signals. Alerts, logs, metrics, traces and Kubernetes events all live in different tools, and when something breaks at 2 AM the hard part is rarely fixing it — it's working out what happened. That investigation is still mostly manual, and it's where most of the time in an incident goes.

qaTT builds NovaOps to take that work off the engineer. NovaOps is an agentic AI ChatOps platform: when an alert fires, it investigates across the team's observability and infrastructure tools, correlates the evidence, explains the root cause, and proposes a remediation. It runs read-only by default with least-privilege access, and no change reaches production without a human approving it.

Since June 2026, NovaOps has been listed in the IBM Cloud catalog as an offering from qaTT Software, an official IBM Solutions Partner. For the enterprises that run on IBM Cloud, that means agentic incident investigation is now one catalog entry away — no separate platform to learn, and the same human-approval guardrails from day one.

"Enterprise operations teams don't need another dashboard, they need the investigation done," said Zakher Shalah, Founder and CEO of qaTT. "Listing NovaOps on IBM Cloud puts an AI teammate that finds root causes with evidence — and waits for a human before touching anything — in front of the teams that run the most demanding workloads. The IBM partnership is central to how we bring NovaOps to the enterprise."

What IBM Cloud customers get

  • Automated investigation across logs, metrics, traces, Kubernetes state and recent code changes

  • Evidence-based root cause analysis posted directly to the team's chat

  • Recommended remediation, executed only after human approval

  • Read-only by default, least-privilege, policy-aware

Find NovaOps in the IBM Cloud catalog, or book a demo with the qaTT team.

NovaOps for non-IBM customers

NovaOps is API-first and not tied to any one cloud. Teams on Azure, AWS or Google Cloud, or running their own Kubernetes, can start with a 30-day free trial from our Plans & Pricing page.
